What are Lip Implants?

How is a Brow Lift Performed?
This procedure can be performed either under local anesthesia or under twilight sleep. It can often be performed in combination with other procedures, such as a facelift or a neck lift. A 1-1.5 inch incision is placed right at the upper edge of the brows, either in the hairline or in the hair itself. The brow is accessed through that incision, and is repositioned at a higher, aesthetically pleasing, and natural position. Appropriate tissue dissection, manipulation, and several deep and superficial sutures are used.
If performed correctly, there is minimal bleeding throughout the procedure. The wound is then closed with self-absorbing sutures and surgical clips. Despite being performed through a fine hidden incision, the brow lift involves manipulation of deep tissues near your eye and some important blood vessels and will be performed near the nerves that move your forehead. To avoid unnecessary risks, make sure you trust your face to an expert in the field like Dr. Mardirossian when considering this procedure.
How is a Forehead Lift Performed?
A fine incision is placed in the hairline or in the hair and extended laterally. Through that incision, the forehead is lifted together with the eyebrows and the temples and repositioned in a higher and more pleasing position. This lifts the eyebrows harmoniously with a nice arch, helping the lines of the forehead disappear, and lifting the temple and the upper cheeks. The incision is closed with fine sutures and surgical clips.
