Today was a FFS revision day. The patient on the photo had a forehead contouring type 1 with a resulting dehiscence (hole) of the anterior frontal sinus. Thankfully with the help of the sufficiently thick remaining anterior frontal sinus wall and bone graft material collected during the process we were able to convert it to type 3 with an aggressive set back of the bone flap and aggressive forehead reduction. The orbital rims were reduced by 5 mm bilaterally and deprojected by 3 mm as well.
