This is a great patient of ours just one month after “face definition improvement surgery”. The first procedure performed included forehead contouring and hairline reshaping. This patient had had multiple browlifts through a hairline incision. With each browlift his hairline kept on “creeping” lower and lower. With our technique we were able to lift the brows, contour the forehead but also elevate the hairline for a more harmonious look. A revision rhinoplasty improved the tip projection and definition and refined the dorsum. Lip definition was improved with implants and a lip lift. A chin implant and mandible angle implants improved the outline of the lower face while tackling redundant and sagging soft tissue. He is a month postop and most of the swelling has resolved. When appropriately chosen and performed facial contouring techniques can improve face definition and harmony. This great patient of ours is 6 months after FFS done elsewhere revision: the type 3 frontal cranioplasty was revised and more aggressive frontal bone rounding was performed; the sliding genioplasty was also revised with refinement, deprojection and height reduction for a more feminine and attractive look; the nose presented with a “Polly beak” deformity that was corrected and the dorsum was straightened. A lip lift revision, a smile lift, lip implants placement and structural fat grafting under the eyes were performed as well. That smile tells more than 1000 words!
